Footgolf Senec originally was busy for the last weekend, but cancelling the Eurofootgolf cup in France by the organizers made the team free. Gábor Gelencsér, the president of the Hungarian federation invited the Slovakian team to Hungary to play against the Hungarian Golf Club Dream Team. The game was unique, because the average scores was counted. Tomas Bartko had an incredible Saturday scoring -9 on the old course (the same as Paul Oliver did in 2015). After the two days, Róbert Tajtyi was the best among all the players playing -6 on both of the days. Thanks to the overall results, Hungary won the weekend with an average of 69,07, while Senec produced an average of 73,21 kicks on 18 holes. The women’s game was won by the Hungarians as well.

„I was on top during the two days. I had one hole in one, but it was the only extra performance from me. I kept my nerves and was so focused. I hope I can continue this kind of play in the future.” – summarized Tajtyi.

„The weekend was fantastic. Playing in Kisoroszi is so emotional for me, I met this sport here for the first time. I was glad to be here and could bring players of our club to measur our forces with the best players in Hungary.” – told us Juraj Gubáni, leader of Footgolf Senec.slovakiawomen

“I enjoyed the weekend playing with the strong Slovakian team. Both of us are preparing for our stages of the European Footgolf Tour. We will meet again for a good match next time in Slovakia.” – added Gábor Gelencsér, president of the Hungarian Footgolf Federation.
